Dry Eyes?
If you are troubled by dry, irritated eyes, you should have an evaluation to determine the cause. It could be tear glands that don't produce enough tears, or it could be excessive dehydration caused by a meibomian gland dysfunction. These are treatable conditions that can be improved significantly.
An evaluation for dry eye is done routinely during a normal eye examination. It can also be done separately at any time without a full eye examination. If you suspect that you have a dry eye problem, finding out is quick and simple, and treatment is easy and effective.
