A New Way to See Yourself
We now have the iPoint Kiosk(TM), a new state-of-the-art virtual frame try-on and lens demonstration tool. This new technology combines three “modules” designed to assist patients in the purchase of eyeglass frames, lenses and colored contact lenses.
With the iPoint Kiosk, patients can now select a number of frames they like while wearing their prescription eyewear. However, rather than squinting in front of a mirror, the iPoint Kiosk takes a digital image of the patient wearing each frame style and storing it in the software. The patient then puts their prescription eyewear back on so they can more clearly view themselves in each of the frame styles they tried on. Using a very high-resolution digital camera, the patient can see clearly what they look like in each style.
Contact Lenses
If contact lenses are your preferred vision correction, we have some excellent choices. The newest of the soft lenses are made from a new material, Silicone Hydrogel. These lenses transmit so much oxygen, it's as if they weren't there. Silicon Hydrogel lenses can be worn overnight safely without consequence. They stay hydrated better than old lens designs and are more comfortable.
We also carry a variety of colored soft contact lenses, disposable lenses, and new bifocal contact lenses that can eliminate your need for reading glasses over your contact lenses.
